I'm looking for a manga that is about detectives trying to solve cases murder, kidnaping ,ect.
Or about people trying to solve supernatural mysteries like ghost stories.
I've seen:
-Ayatsuri Sakon
-Death note
-Detective Conan
-Detective Academy Q
-Ghost Hunt (anime)
-Gosick (anime)
-Kamisama no Memochou
-Kindaichi Case Files
-Monster
-Psychic Detective Yakumo (anime)
-Ryoko's Case file( althought I haven't finish reading this because there haven't been updates)
-Spiral
I would like if it is seinen, shounen is fine but I would prefer mature protagonists

Shibatora's a pretty good one
Hanged Doll too maybe, though its one big murder mystery not a bunch of them
Kuroshitsuji -not your average detective story but that is what they do, but it has supernatural in it and they do kill people to figure out the mystery.

Ha! A chance to recommend one of my absolute favourites: Blood Alone by TAKANO Masayuki. It's a Seinen about a private detective, who investigates mystery-related crimes, and his young vampire companion. Perfect blend of mystery and slice of life. Too bad, the scanlation's progress is unbearably slow...
Maybe Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan: Totteoki no Uso by IRUMA Hitoma/ SATOU ATSUKI? This Seinen fits the bill to a certain degree, but I can't tell you how much without revealing anything. One of the best short series I came across.
If you're fine with horror elements, give Box of Spirits by KYOUGOKU Natsuhiko/ SHIMIZU Aki. It may be a Shounen but its brooding atmosphere with a tinge of philosophy and madness makes this crime solving mystery stand out from the crowd. Has been adapted to anime.
There's another dark series you might like: The manga version of NOMURA Mizuki's Book Girl novel series, starting with "Bungaku Shoujo" to Shi ni Tagari no Douke by adapted by KOUSAKA Rito. A student investigates unsolved "incidents" at his new high school with the help of a youkai. Bleak and unforeseeable.
