Well i just said it ... i could get stuff like Ratman tho. I want super hero Mangas that have a feeling like Zetman or Batman. No superman alike please unless it is Justice leage where you follow the story of a group of heroes.

When you say Batman, it makes me remember The Big O for some reason. Maybe because the series was influenced by Batman cartoons. Anyway, since the manga adaptation was never fully translated, you could try the anime.

Akumetsu
Trace (maybe more of a X-men feel than batman)
Dendrobates (kinda like The Punisher)

Maybe Kiichi!! for the dark atmosphere. You should also check Onepunch-man which while not really similar to batman is a great super-hero manga.

If you don't mind anime :
Darker than Black
Speed Grapher
Skull Man

Maybe i should post something because... can you guess?

Batman: Death Mask Is a 7,5/10 one-and-done adventure and fits the tone of the comics and Batman (KUWATA Jirou) (uploaded by me) is good 7/10 representation of how his 50s/60s tales look like. A bit like the quality Batman: The Brave and the Bold toon.
Kia´s Batman: The Child of Dreams is a dumb but pretty 5/10 and i wouldn´t link Zetman to Bats outside of aesthetical choices as both barely compare as Zetman has a shonen-ish Sentai feel with seinen violence and ill fitting sexual themes. I do read it but it could be better (and shorter).

A lot of DC/Batman animated movies (or shows) are done by japanese studios.
Here Batman: The Dark Knight Returns reigns supreme and is my favorite animated feature after Akira. I tend to promote them on our film board so have a look through the backlog. This scene Return of the Joker - Satellite Chase Scene was done by an animation director from Akira! DC + quality toons go hand in hand eyes .

On to manga:
Berserk fans like to joke how similar the 2 franchises are and i can´t disagree that much. Sure the setting greatly differs and it is 11/10 nihilistic but the parallels are high indeed and Gut´s even gets his own Batman-family over time. Both are even rape victims.

The best fit in all of manga would be Shi ga Futari o Wakatsu Made. Here we have another detached brooding male lead who ultimately works in a team and travels the globe on a mission of hard-love justice. He even has his own Oracle. Actually two!

Akumetsu (Bats on speed) and Darker than Black (but season 2 is a lame outside the OVAs) fit from the previous picks. The Big O too which was done by the team who did the 90s Batman TAS amongst others. I never understood why some bitched about season 2 as i liked it more and the Bebop team also worked on Batman TAS.

Shadows of Spawn (the HBO toon is good), Spiderman, Wolverine and so on manga/anime exist too but forget them. Sorry dear anons but you need to go american here and Batman is one of the most copied concepts in comics.
If not the most and manga antihero compare better to the Punisher i have noticed whom i love too. Manga cool and all but Comics = life and Bruce is going to be replaced by
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Commissioner Gordon
next month who will wear a mech suit straight out of Appleseed/Patlabor. This is the freshest thing to happen to him since he became a (really bad) father in 2006 .
Have a look: The new Batman! ~well for a bit and Az-bat from the 90s was interesting too.
He even fought the Punisher in a (good) crossover! Crazy righ?

The new 52 started in 2011 when DC rebooted some of the heroes like Superman/Wonder Woman hardcore but left Batman / Green Lantern mostly alone and Convergence is a 2 month long "event" that will end next month.
Here characters are trapped in a bottle city universe by Braniac with version from before 1985 (just before the first big DC reboot), just after 1986, 1994 (Az-Bat shows up!) and from just before Flashpoint in 2011 (the movie is better than the comic!) present + more random crap. They fight and stuff and New52 characters from Earth 2 are also there like the Thomas Wayne version of Batman.
The 8 week miniseries is ok-ish but some of the books that now run instead of the regular ones are straight out amazing as they reunited creators with characters that they haven´t work on for 10-20 years so i am cool with the timeout.

If you want to get into DC comics then wait a month and start reading then as the New52 characters will return again with a somewhat new status quo as with Bats.
The name New52 will also go away there and then. Editorial will further keep the writers on a less tight leash (the biggest problem with the New52) and continuity and "grimdark" nonsense are promised to matter less as. Marvel´s Secret Wars "2015 edition" though has me worried as it will last for months but we will see and i read all publishers equally if they deliver. Image/ DC´Vertigo are where it´s @ tough.
Just try a books that looks good, complete tales or classic that won all the awards and worry about continuety and whatnot later as i started with Zero Hour: Crisis in Time from 1994 as my first "event" and i survived too. Somehow... dead
Forgot: Watch Avengers: Age of Ultron at all cost and the new Daredevil show is a 9,5/10.

this is a real story (that was immortalized in Lego form) btw. and Bat-Cow exist too. 11/10
