Now there has been a few times (for me anyway), that a manga has stopped (aka it's a oneshot or only 1 volume). But then later they pick it up and continue it (aka make it a volume/add another volume to it). This has been annoying me, as I have the manga/series as complete in my lists, but after they pick it up again, it's not complete anymore...

Obvious example is Koe no Katachi, which was a oneshot, but then became more.

So my suggestion, is that if a series gets picked up again, if there is a way to make the series go into your "current reading" list.

Any thoughts? Is this even possible?

You can click on "Or maybe not" and it moves back to your reading list.

I think she meant that it would go there automatically, because: how many of us check their complete list to see if - by a chance - the manga hasn't been picked up once again by the author?
Personally, I think it's a good idea. shy

Well, that's a different matter.
Although if I see a series that's on my completed list appear on the releases page,
I'll click on it.

Something like "include/exclude completely scanlated manga" in advanced search would be nice, that way we could combine it with "Only show manga on my complete list" option and check from time to time if a manga we put in that list had its status changed.

well that is somehow possible:
only completely scanlated manga + complete list
and compare it with all completed by setting the manga per pages to ~10 and look at the last page if there is a discrepancy

Going more off what Lorska said, you could make a complete list just for oneshots. Every once in a while in the advance search click completely scanlated, and select that complete list. If any have gotten serialized, it should go from no results to something showing up.
