basicly, im reading monster musume, and im trying to think of other manga with monsters that are good and im drawing a blank...

i know there is a centaur one that honestly feels like it does nothing with the monster aspect
and a cyclops nurse one
and a ninja alternate world robot thing

but beyond those 4 im drawing a blank.
also, for the sake of not getting every single monster manga ever made.
if 95%+ of the time they are humans, they may as well not be monsters, sure you can call this person a crow, but he is human, or that person is a wolf man, but outside of 5 panels in a what was it... 10 volumeish run, he was human... i just cant count it.

maybe Outlanders : not really monsters (aliens) and there is both side (good and bad)
probably Corseltel no Ryuujutsushi (and sequels), generally the bad ones are the humans when there is someone bad.

Never read Monster Musume but I can think of a few

Rave Lots of sentient strange creatures. Like Nakajima, Let, and the perverted blue blob guy whose name escapes me. For that matter, Mashima's other manga Fairy Tail is similar but the monsters aren't as wonderfully bizarre as in Rave.

Sengoku Youko The protagonists more often than not are in human form, but there are others who are clearly monsters and seem harmless. The pure humans are usually the most evil.

Nurarihyon no Mago I think most monsters from japanese folkore are represented and they fit what you want.

Yome ga Kore na Monde. But she's an alien.

Natsume Yuujinchou Spirits, some are monstruous and many are malicious or evil but harmless/good ones exist too.

Gegege no Kitarou Classic manga that definitely fits what you want.

You request reminds me of an anime about the ancient gods from Lovecraft (probably some of the most horrible/evil monsters from fiction) : Haiyoru! Nyaruani: Remember My Mr. Lovecraft It's mostly comedy and they are in human form so it might not interest you though.

Gin no Yuusha Fits pretty well I think (it's been a lonnnggg while since I read it). The critters' go back and forth from being bad or good based on how people feel toward them. It's a cute/fluffy thing.

its not that i don't like it when they are humans most of the time, it just gets annoying when i see so many that are really just monsters in name only and do nothing with it at all. to me it would be like a battle manga thats whole premise is the battles, but than only 3 pages a volume are the battles... if that makes any sense, im not sying they cant be good, just not what im looking for right now.

also, the ninja one that i was talking about, Shisen no Shoukanshi is the oneshot that that manga is based off of if i remember correctly.

Gotta second Yome ga Kore na Monde.

kind of a similar feel to Natsume, there's also Mushi-shi. Both have pretty good animes too, if you like the calm kind of feeling (even though there's some freaky looking spirits).

just started reading Satou-kun no Juunan Seikatsu it's funny, but has plenty of "good" monsters. well more or less lol.

I'm not sure if I understood what you wrote here, but if you want to read a manga with ghost girl you ought to try Tasogare Otome x Amnesia.
