I really like manga like The breaker, The breaker new waves, City of Darkness, and Sun Ken Rock, where there is organizations fighting and good art. Is there any other series like these where there are gangs/organizations and there is fighting between different gangs and whatnot? Good art is also really appreciated.

I didnt read much but i think Shi ga Futari o Wakatsu Made would fit

Most similar in art and plot/setting to The Breaker should be Veritas

Jackals is very nice too.

Maybe Black Joke.

You could also check Clover (TETSUHIRO Hirakawa), Gang king, or Crows/Worst since you like gang fights but the art isn't as good (still decent though).

I haven't read any of the manga mentioned here but Onepunch Man has some brilliant art and beautiful fight scenes.
