Hi, I'm looking for mangas about:
1. - Love/relationship between a host (or a prostitute) and his client
- Preferably hetero, btw I've read Deep Love.
- Main pairing of the manga (instead of, say, Shin/Reila in Nana)

2.- A ghost watching over the living world
- Slice of life, seinen instead of supernatural shounen

3. The protagonist can trade his belongings (be it an organ, a sense or whatever) for wishes, better if he also has clairvoyance.

Me & the Devil Blues, classic story of the musician who sells his soul for talent, great manga but discontinued. Keep in mind, it's never really certain if the MC is dreaming/fantasizing the devil or if it's real.
