What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I'm not too sure, but for some reason the back of the head reminds me of TAKAGI Shigeyoshi's style. Like I said, I am unsure, but you can always try it.

To me, that looks kinda like the back of Erwin from one of the many Shingeki no Kyojin doujinshi. You could always ask the Scanlator's where they got the picture from.
