What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

i read a manga about a transgender boy once and all i remember is that he uses to live as a woman but then he changed to a boy... and he had a boyfriend. the story also involved one of his friends who had an abortion and then her boyfriend left her... maybe someone know something? thanks in advance. biggrin

Hi! Thank you for your reply but it is not IS. It is definetely about a transgender boy, not intersexual. The story that I'm looking for is also a compilation of stories, though... biggrin
