What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Hello! I'm trying to find a manga I read at one point that I can't find. I don't remember if it was part of a collection or was just a one shot, but the story basically was:

a guy who has sex with another guy but after he woke up he ran away and then later on that guy ends up being his new boss. He tries to avoid him and run away but his boss tries to stop him from running away again...tha'ts all i got...does anybody have any clue?

did the uke happen to be a secretary? and there was this third dude (the ex of the uke) who was a total ass?

Yes the secretary was the uke but i dont remember if there was a third dude. I don't think there was one to be honest.
