Help!

This is as much as I can remember:

There's this manga (I think 3 chapters were released so far) about these 2 guys. Black haired seme moved back after a few years, and uke had a sister. I think seme fell in love with the sister version (or a girl version), and the uke dressed up in a wig and female attire or something.

It's definitely a shounen ai serious story, released by either Bliss or a famous yaoi scanlation group.

At the end of chapter 3, seme kissed uke by the stairs, leaving a cliffhanger.

I've been going crazy, someone please help!
