Since you didn't describe in which way the anime is supposed to be similar, I'll dump those on you:
Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko - guy ends up nannying a girl who is a little special (be sure to watch the extra episode, as it directly continues the series and it's not a typical fanservice OVA)
Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! - same, except the girl is less special and the guy does less nannying
