What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

main character loses his family to vampires while he escapes he then join an army and get a black class demon weapon to use. it is pretty vague but that all I can remember anyone know it ?
