What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

What's up with that question? It depends on my case on how much I like what I read or how good it is. If I really like it I can reread it several times. If I enjoy it but didn't like it, I read something different. Sometimes I get tired of reading good story and I want to read bad story.
