Tsundere means that a character is harsh at first, then becomes nice, right? I don't know why, but I have a hard time finding this type of manga. If there's a "tsundere" character then they usually have a hair-trigger temper and beat the crap out of the protagonist, even if he did no wrong. The "dere" side is barely there, which makes it look even worse. I really dislike violence between romantic couples, doesn't matter if it's a girl hitting a boy or the other way around. Are there any good titles without this fake tsundere stuff? (Homosexual couples are okay too~)

I think Aoba from Cross Game is a really good example of realistic tsundere. May be a bit too much tsun tsun for the amount of dere dere for you, but there's no exaggerated violence at all.

Kimi wa Pet - Girl is a tsundere.
Beauty Pop - Guy.
Sennen no Yuki - Guy.
Fruits Basket - Guy.
Inuyasha - Guy.
Ore ga Akuma de, Aitsu ga Yome de. - Guy. Sort of a lolicon.
Velvet Kiss - Girl. Smut.
Ouran High School Host Club - Girl.

So, you're looking for a non-violent tsundere who can properly show their love now and then, right?

AMANO Shinobu's Last Game has a male tsundere as the protagonist who's completely smitten with his extremely dense love interest. He tends to stumble over his own words and actions which reveal his feelings to her quite clearly. Well, if only she weren't too oblivious to love-related matters...

There's a very sweet couple with a female tsundere in Sarashi Asobi by TOBINA Touya. Thanks to the male lead's mind-reading skills, her awkward communication impairment doesn't stop their relationship from progressing steadily, and she ends up displaying her love more often than not.

The male lead in Chika (チカ)'s Kore wa Koi no Hanashi struggles with expressing his feelings because of the age gap and his guardian role. Though you can see that he cares a lot for the female lead and treats her well.

Toradora! by TAKEMIYA Yuyuko/ ZEKKYOU is one of the most popular tsundere rom-coms because of the main couple's great dynamics. She might be a tsundere but he understands her just fine and knows how to handle her quirks. Light bickering and banter ensue.

If you're in for something more supernatural, check out KUWAHARA Souta's Kurenai Ouji. The prospective demon king, who has a slight tsundere streak, sets out to fulfil a mission in the human realm and develops unexpected feelings for his target. He ends up staying at her house, and they grow rather close to each other.

And last but not least, there's this charming one-shot called Wasure Yuki (AMANO Shinobu) the inner life of a male tsundere.

By the way, I strongly second Taiyou no Ie and Ojojojo. In the former, the main couple's got a very endearing relationship right from the beginning, and the latter features a rare example of a clumsy tsundere who isn't misunderstood by her love interest - plus it's a 4-koma with some real romantic development.
