What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

The plot was : A heroine appears in the door of the MC and she collapsed. The girl was carrying a note and a book with instructions to save her. She was cursed and if not perform a daily sex ritual, she would die.
Also there was a female childhood friend opposing it.
