What the title says... I don't really have any problems with certain genres for this request. Thanks in advance!

Edit: A lot of people are recommending elven heroines, rather that protagonists. I would like the story told from the female elf's point of view.

Pretty much.

Kyoukai Senjou no Rinbo is the only one I can think of in which a female elf is the main protagonist.

Are you fine with them being secondary protagonists/love interests?

maybe Lodoss Tousenki: Haiiro no Majo and sequels

Well, if the manga is anything like the anime, one of the protagonist in Outbreak Company - Moeru Shinryakusha is a elven maiden.

Tsuyokute New Saga has 2 female leads, the main one is an elf who was his wive before he went back in time.

And if you don't mind reading a novel, then I recommend Mushoku Tensei (Novel) about a NEET who died and reincarnated into another world.
There's an elf as one of the main heroines, the pic below is her at the age of 5.



If you don't like novel, there is a manga Mushoku Tensei - Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu but it's very far behind and it skips a LOT of stuffs but you can see the elf girl in chapter 4.
