Guys,
I'm looking for a really good romance manga/manhwa/manhua with a solid plot, preferably that is stands on par with Cheese in The Trap.
Thanks.

I haven't read Cheese in the trap yet, and don't plan to any time soon. You should have said what you liked about it, or why you think it's so good.
You're lists aren't public (if you have any), and I generally do hate vague requests like this -__- but I'm in a good mood, so ... (Btw that was my hint to add more details to your OP, or for your next request make it more detailed.)
Meteor Methuselah
Bonnouji
Hana no Namae
I have sleep deprived myself to read them ... although I really shouldn't have started reading them at night ... but it was still worth not sleeping

I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos

I haven't read it either, but if I had to make some sort of list I would go like :
- if you're looking for a romance that gives off a really cute feeling and even though it's slow, it remains tasty, I would recommend hibi chouchou.
- if it's about some heartfelt story, you might want to stop by with bokura wa minna kawaisou or horimiya, if you're looking for something of the same genre, but with a little more obstacles, it might be last game
- then more on a shounen side there's fuuka, sequel to suzuka, I didn't really enjoy suzuka, but it varies, it's still an amazing manga, but I wasn't prepared at the time... there was also kimi no iru machi, though I'm sorry I can't say the good points about that one, but my friends said it was excellent.
- if it has to be something, with a lot more obstacle, back to the shoujo side with bokura wa itsumo
- finally, if it's comedy, there's still the classics : kaichou wa maid-sama, ouran koukou host club or ... what was the name of that one?... em.... AH! special A
there's still a lot more, but I don't believe harem settings might really do for the best romances... and also, I normally read a lot of shounen romances, but in terms is sweet romance, only a few in my eyes compare to shoujo romance, shoujo is more about feelings and such, while shounen seem often more oriented towards comedy, actions or sometimes settings that, though they're interesting, might not easily appeal, even though well, the boys like them more because it often seems that the boy gets the perfect girls magically...
Anyways, I believe those recommendations should do..

I'll second Bonnouji and Horimiya.
and point towards my lists.
everything is rated and almost all of them are romances (like 95%).
gotta recommend 14-sai no Koi and Taiyou no Ie before leaving
edit: sorry, I'm an idiot, forgot to put a link there...

i love romance where they dont focus entirely on each other, but have bigger goal such as
Nodame Cantabile - their life revolve around music
Ashita no Ou-sama - an actor and a playwright
Oishii Kankei - the journey of a girl trying to be a chef in par with the guy she like
i also like troubled romance
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan - toubled girl with a prisoner
Ore ga Doutei o Sutetara Shinu Ken ni Tsuite - tring to stop one's own demise
Bitter Virgin - girl with history of abuse
something light but with solid plot is also good
Kimi wa Pet - OL with younger dancer
Boku no Chikyuu o Mamotte - high school girl and an elementary
Melo Holic - an esper and a normal(?) girl

Thirding Bonnouji
Hoshi no Koe isn't strictly romance, but it does have some romantic elements iirc.
Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai is gorgeous.
Dokuhime is fairly sketchy at times, but also is gorgeous.

Reimei no Arcana
Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen
Anatolia Story
Basara
Historical manga always have a strong plot, guaranteed. Especially when its about politics, war, etc.
