What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

You could try the Jealous Lover/s category + Yaoi genre. I don't quite remember right now any story like that (sorry, it's been so long since I read my yaoi mangas), but if I remember I'll edit the post.

you can also try the "Possessive Lover/s" tag and then check the yaoi or shounen-ai box depending on how smutty you want it. (btw some mangas are marked with both genres)

Also, you can check out the

'Male Yandere' tag http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?category=Male%2Byandere& genre=Yaoi&perpage=50

I just figured, since all the titles above include this tag and at least the second image's (haven't read the first one) seme is a yandere (if I remember correctly).
