What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Im trying to find a certain manga I read a while ago. Pretty sure it's a oneshot but there could be more to it. It strted with a girl walking around until she reached an apartment. She walks in and demands that the guy inside becomes her slave and reveals she's wearing a bondage suit. He then turns it around as the suit is for a slave. It ends with her walking out happy I think. Possibly a doujin, but still not too sure. I'll remember what I can.
