I think it says the artist is 'sumomo' but the only artist I can find with that name doesn't compel me art wise, though it's possibly still the same person.

It does say the cover artist is Sumomo. There's this Sumomo in the database, is that the one you found before? According to their profile here, it is the same Sumomo, as their series Kenenka no Table is listed there.
