What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hi, I was looking for a manga that I've read most of a while ago. From what I remember it may have been somewhat apocalyptic... the MC developed superpowers along the lines of fire...or heat or something. He had a friend who gained the ability to telekinetic-ally make holes in anything, and he ended up betraying the MC. Hope that helps because I really don't remember anything else lol.
