And "Mondaiji tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?". Someone said there where quite a few of them, but I can't seem to find any at all. MÄR is probably the only one I can think of that would be similar, but even that is more of a Battle manga.

What'd you like about about it?

I'm only familiar with NGNL, so Lasboss x Hero

the legendary moonlight sculptor: light novel. Although there is no world transfer. If you like NGNL then youll prob. Like it. About a guy who plays a virtual reality in order to make money.
Mushoku tensei: there is a light novel and manga. First chapter of manga is translated, still translating. Has world transfer, really, incarnation, and magic.

I Should have Elaborated more. I'm not really looking for the "World Transfer" Aspect of it, though thats always a Plus, What I am looking for it more along the Lines of "Competition" or "Life is Game" Aspect. Another good example of what I am Looking for is "Sentou Jousai Masurawo".

The Main theme I am looking for behind NGNL ,"Mondaiji tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?", Sentou Jousai Masurawo, and even to a lesser extent, MÄR, is the game aspect. They are are not JUST Fights, Battles are not always won by pure strength, Its not always "the good guys vs the bad guys".

Maybe a less Fantasy of what I want would be "Gamble Fish", but again, those Fantasy aspects are a plus as well.

With competition... Hummm, you should probably try Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, I suggest the LN though (it's already completed and translated on baka tsuki!).

The Gamer is a good webtoon, although it doesn't really have the "competition" aspect, the MC's life turns into a (video) game and you can't go wrong with this!

DICE: The Cube that Changes Everything is a webtoon and has the "Life is a Game" aspect. It's worth checking out.

I kind of understand what you mean when you refer to the "Life is a Game" aspect when refering to NGNL or Modaiji-tachi, but when it comes to that.. I can't help but think of Log Horizon. Although, it doesn't really fit in.. It's still a good read.

For the bolded titles, if you plan on reading them, you might as well read the light novel. Since the manga is based on it, there are longer and more chapters. (can be found on baka tsuki)

Nope, Nope, ehh somewhat, nope, and Nope. Not what I am looking for, Thanks for the try though. Hummm, Looks like its harded to explain than I thought. My only advice would be to skim through NGNL, Gamble Fish, "Mondaiji tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?" and Sentou Jousai Masurawo and see what I mean.
They all hold a Central theme that should be be pretty obvious.
