Thanks a lot for helping me always.
I am looking for a manga or tv drama of japanese/korean/taiwanese or any film..in which a character does not believe in love and has his own reasons.He talks always negative philosophy that he formed and gathered about love.He thinks its foolish to fall in love.Whaterver may be the reasons behind his beliefs.
Now a girl falls in love with him and tries all her ways to get in return.dues to constant pressure on him regarding love,he put one condition that ..they wont be in touch for some years,if she still have the same love on him..then he will accept her love..this is the plot point.

That guy sounds like an ass. That aside...

The guy in Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji is very cynical about love, and doesn't want to be in a relationship. He refuses to accept the girl's feelings as legit when she first confesses to him - but the gap is more a matter of days/weeks than years - and continues testing her even after they get together. Not really what you're looking for, but it does have the cynical aspect.
