Mismarca Koukoku Monogatari
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei
No game No life
With smart and strategic main protagonist. Doesnt have to be manga. It can be a novel and a long series is preffered. Thnx^^

You'll probably like Log Horizon (Novel) or Mondaijitachi ga Isekai Kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? (Novel)
You could also try Kuro no Tantei

two of my favorite novels are like that
Legend of the Sun Knight -more comedy then anything at first but gets more dark and complicated after awhile
Rakuin no Monshou (Novel) -definitely this one, the MC is one of my favorite because of how smart he is with his strategies.
and for manga you could try
Iris Zero -more of a fun romance mystery but the MC is very smart and thinks things through
Kuroshitsuji -in the chance that you have not read this one, its pretty dark but very good in my opinion.
Bokura no Kiseki -the MC's stragistic personality is more subtle in this one at first... but ONLY at first, he can be pretty scary(but thats what makes him awesome!)
Chang Ge Xing -the best female lead i have ever! seriously, she is awesome. plus the art is beautiful
Shoukoku no Altair -the protagonist in this one is portrayed as naive in the beginning and a big chunk of the story is how he matures, but he is very smart and just keeps getting cooler.

Seconding Chang Ge Xing and Iris Zero.
Adding (manga):
Gunka no Baltzar: this series has Everything regarding war: military formations, technology, economy, logistics, public opinion, diplomacy etc.
Gate - Thus the JSDF Fought There - another smart protagonist. Modern military meets fantasy alternate reality.
Gokukoku no Brynhildr - the protagonist makes interesting use of the others' abilities.
Qualia the Purple - once the quantum mechanics and alternate universe thing kicks in... enjoy a heckuva wild ride.
Perhaps the Umineko no Naku Koro ni series, for Battler.
