hey, im looking for an old manga about a guy who meets the student president( or was it a rich ojou-sama)? who is afraid to touch people, due to her having a perverted mind( she would always fantasize about her getting blackmailed by the guys, and get raped etc), and the other thing i remember about her was that she covered her arms/hand? and the last thing i remember was that the girls sister tried to kick the male lead out of the school or something like that, due to him being close with the student president/Ojou-sama.
