I know this request may be somewhat hard to fulfill, but im currently looking for a romance manga which has actual romance in it. What I mean by that, is that there is regular kissing, hugging, or holding hands and it does not take 100 chapters to get the first kiss. It can be somewhat slow, but please not too slow. Also if it was a bit on the longer side that would be amazing thank you in advance! smile

Almost a hundred "1" votes... I think that's the worst I've ever seen.

As to OP's request...
Emma - considering the time period there is a realistic/normal amount of that
Prism (HIGASHIYAMA Shou) - it's yuri, but there you go
Honeymoon Salad - seinen so maybe it doesn't count ;P

Bonnouji
Akagami no Shirayukihime I guess
14-sai no Koi

Regular would be stretching it a bit but those felt more convincing.

Something longer with an affectionate couple, huh? Let's see.

TANAKA Yutaka's Ai-Ren definitely has the regular romantic interactions you're looking for. However, it is a slice of life and a sad but fulfilling one at that. If you're fine with a shorter series, check out Itoshi no Kana by the same mangaka.

Take a look at Toshiue no Hito by AMAZUME Ryuta. It's about a college student who woos and wins the affections of an older woman. It doesn't take long for them to get together and from then on, they behave like a normal lovestruck couple in their twenties.
The mangaka's other, episodic series Puppy Lovers is also worth a try.

In Natsu no Zenjitsu, YOSHIDA Motoi delineates the ephemeral love between a gallery owner and an art student. As realistic and mature as their relationship is, you can expect a fair amount of tasteful nudity. Only read this if you can stand a romance that may not last.

I'm not sure about the next one but I'll suggest it anyway. Kiss by MATSUMOTO Tomo does its title justice as there is, on average, one kiss per chapter. The art style is dated but it becomes neater over time, and so does the plot. The first chapters come off as unrefined and generic but if you're willing to wait, the story will grow into a subtle age-gap romance albeit a Shoujo-ish one.

Seconding Emma and Lorska's recommendations.

Half & Half (SEO Kouji)
Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo
Shinigami-sama to 4-nin no Kanojo(More comedy than romance though)

Those are just the Seo haters.

Seconding Emma, the main romance takes time but there are Lovely side couples. biggrin

Possible series:
Otoyomegatari: same author as Emma.
Can't See Can't Hear But Love - very sweet, gets sad though. sad
Yome ga Kore na Monde. - ordinary guy with his alien wife, slice of life.
In the above, the couples have already been formed, but it's nice to see their interactions. biggrin

Basara has extended romance. Unlike most series of its sort, the romance doesn't wait until the end. The start is a bit rough, but later on, the two are quite close each time they meet.

Maybe Kindan no Koi wo Shiyou and its sequels. It uh... certainly has a lot of action. Ratings warning.
