I just finished Toukyou Kushu and Kanata Kara (Psychological tragedy vs fantasy romance, about as different as you can get.) And I need something new to read.
I keep checking tags and things, but I've combed through them so much I really don't know what to try and read next.
I want to read series with humans becoming monsters, monsters hanging around humans, ect.
Pretty much any genre is good; horror, romance, action, comedies, old/new whatever. I'll give anything a chance.
I won't get mad if you mention something I've already read before... I've just read so many, give me all you've got!

Not something I'd highly recommend, but it first comes to mind for some reason: baketeriya
Hope it's worth a shot.

It's kind of a huge spoiler, but...
Hellsing is a pretty obvious one...
Re:Monster is a recent one...
Kurozakuro is really awesome at first but crash and burns (still worth a look just for the early portions)

How about SUGIMOTO Iqura's Variante? It's a decent take on the body horror trope with a poor young girl as the protagonist.
There's another uniquely infected protagonist in Dawn - Tsumetai Te by TANAKA Masashi. This one's more on the action side with a dash of romance and horror.

To be savoured:
- Blood Alone by TAKANO Masayuki
- Otoyomegatari by MORI Kaoru
- Gangsta. by Kohske
- Seishun Kouryakuhon by AKIZUKI Sorata

He is more or less human but Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou (Novel) (it has a manga too, but I haven't read that)

Tokimeki Mononoke Jogakkou (various monsters, yuri)
Imawabi no Dakini (fox demon possession)
Dracu-Riot! (vampires)
Akuma Jiten (demon +others)
Hanatsukihime (devil/demon)
Dei Ecchi Ei (demons... might be some angels too. Been a while since I read it)

Okay, I think these aren't on your lists (if they are, oops)...
Various:
Pandora Hearts - awesome story, there's the part about chains and such I guess?
Kubera - actually has 10 main characters, of which 4 are from the 'Sura' race (with views towards humans ranging from friendly to total scorn), 4 are humans and 2 are gods.
Dorohedoro - not sure how to even describe
Gokukoku no Brynhildr - from the author of Elfen Lied, fits the 'humans turn into monster' criteria
Qualia the Purple - short series, one of the girls sees everyone as robots (and can fix them accordingly), and eventually fixes the protagonist into an obsessive multi-dimensional... well, the protagonist is human, but she sure doesn't act like it later on.
Has monster girls and such:
Freaks' Squeele - French series, surprisingly good, has a wolf guy among main characters
Gate - Jietai Kare no Chi nite, Kaku Tatakeri - modern miliary vs fantasy world, got monster girls
Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari - another one of those 'protagonist lands in RPG' world stories
Zombies and ghosts:
I Am a Hero (one of the main characters becomes a zombie, sort of)
Shiki - gives the POV of zombies too
:REverSAL - zombies again, actually get quites interesting, but abruptly ends. D:
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia - ghost girl mystery/romance.
Aliens and such:
Yome ga Kore na Monde. - ordinary guy with his alien wife, slice of life.
Safe Again Today - Aliens slice of life.
Donyatsu - the characters are pastry-shaped cats in an apocalyptic world (?!)
Bokurano - well, all the protagonists are human, but there's this nice psychological side as they fight in an alien mecha but must die as the price.
And such.
