I am looking for a deep romance manga, some thing like And &. I loved it so much but it is not finished. I loved the reality and the feelings speaking. you will notice that the drawing itself says too much while the leads are not talking. the art is another story, woow.. i liked seeking for a better life and that characters are mature and can be naive but it is serious!
I dont like the usual non realastic romance manga where the girl falls for th coolest but arrogant guy and he ignores her or she got kidnapped by a gang leader or idol. I dont like that, I dont feel it at all.

want a manga that focuses on romance and seeking for living a life. The characters must be adults and mature but that doesn't mean blank straight faces and words,. It would be good if there is something (not somebody) preventing the couple to be together (in & the male lead is older and has past issusses).
I need manga that warm my heart, make me think and excites me. No love at the first sight, i want love to grow gradually.

But please give me some recommendations.

i have not read &, however with your description of what you want i HIGHLY recommend Cheese in the Trap it is a webtoon and not a manga but it is amazing! the characters are in collage so they are more mature and the MC who is female is awesome, she doesnt take crap and knows when she is being used. and even thought the romance is with the most popular guy in school it is not love at first sight, in fact they hate each other for a year before things start to develop.

hmm I can't say if this is also similar to & but before someone starts scratching their head that I didn't recommend it even though I always do, you could try Bonnouji. both MC's are mature but very childish inside in a cute way.

And I forgot Udon no Onna

Six Half (mean girl gets amnesia and becomes better person) and Cat Street ( a former child actress enrolls in a "free" school with various other students who are deemed "special" in the eyes of society) are probably the most realistic shoujo mangas I've read and thoroughly enjoyed.

Only You is a supernatural manga with dated art but I think the plot makes up for it.

Rec: Kimi ga Naita Hi deals with a sick actor and seemingly emotionless girl--really good and heart-aching read.

Life would be another option but it's a tad more on the dramatic side dealing with major bullying, harassment (sexual and otherwise), etc.

Some softer reads I would recommend would be:
Kamisama no Sonata (short but really good)
Akuma ni Itsukushimi no Te wo (another one-shot that I love)
Seiyuu Ka!
Strobe Edge (I think you'd enjoy this)
Penguin Kakumei
