I remember reading this manga (Manhua?) a long time ago about a girl who has ESP which I think was fire? I think I remember that she can also take other people's esp and make it her own? Then there was this other guy who also had ESP but was apparently the most obnoxious guy in the school but he was still the chairman's son so he got a bunch of OP rights and privileges. He also had an extreme liking for furry animals (dogs or cats, I don't really remember) It felt really shounen-like because the guy had almost zero interest in the female protagonist until half-way through but the art was somewhat shoujo. The scanlations were taking too long so I eventually dropped it, but now I have this sudden urge to read it again.
