What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

shoujo/josei with grumpy guy

Looking for a shoujo or josei where the girl is sort of forward and adventurous, while the guy is more like an unmoving rock she has to keep pushing.

Bonus points if it has adventure or fantasy subgenre.

Must have comedy, and nothing to serious or dark or mature or psychological or tragedy.

One that I can think of is Miriam.
It fits what you want completely.

Apart from that I can't really think of anything else.

Psycho Staff is a lot like that. You have the male lead who's overpowered but wants nothing but a normal life aka be a regular student, and the female lead who pushes him to be a hero. It's relatively short though and more sci-fi (aliens, ESP, etc...) than fantasy.

not fantasy/adventure, but fits main request:

Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji
Ao Haru Ride
Haikei Date Masamune-sama
Okobore Hime to Entaku no Kishi reverse harem, and promo for light novels (meaning manga isn't the full story T_T)
Yanki-kun to Megane-chan shounen though. and that ending... T_T But has great character & plot development for male MC

Oishii Kankei fits in the later volumes till the end, no fantasy or adventure though

Innocent Dragon sort of fits...the guy is more of tsundere though and the heroine isn't really adventurous, she just impulsively makes rather dangerous decisions haha.
