I'm looking for any manga where the (teacher/older person) waits until the (student/love interest) has (graduated/become of legal age) to do anything. It would be even better if the older person didn't even consider the younger one as a love interest until the younger person had become of age.

i am very much interested in this type of storyline also so ill look for some but at this time my recommendation is to try the "Restrained Love" tag.
do you have anything you don't like to read?(example: like do you not read yuri or yaoi or anything specific?)

No I'm fine with anything. I looked and found some more examples of what I want:
Magic 1st story kinda fits, he really didn't want to do anything with her
Slop mansion ni okaeri 1st story kindaaa. stretching it though

Request doesn't make sense. You can't expect someone to wait for the love interest to graduate if they aren't in fact a love interest...
That said, Hana to Akuma does exactly that via a trick
Miman Renai and Hajimari no Niina fit the waiting/until older part respectively
