Hi, does anyone know the name of this manga?

I remember the details well but the name is long and completely forgotten .It has a supernatural genre, the lead is a pretty guy and he has a cousin with long black hair and a scar. The lead had some guardian silver? dragon that lived in his dead dad's body. And there were squabbling pigeons/sparrows? The art is pretty old fashioned.
