What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm looking for a manga I read years ago. The main character is this girl that knows karate, and believes that she is better than everyone else. She has a history with the school's karate club, and ends up learning martial arts with this girl from Brazil or some other South American country.
