Hello manga fans~

I was wondering if anybody here could help me find a manga based on this image?


It's from a series of sketches from the mangaka, but I don't remember much about the story. I think it might have had a supernatural element, and it seemed like it had a bit of a slice-of-life feel. I don't believe I read it scanlated, just raw. Hoping somebody recognizes the characters!
