I really like Seo Yuzuki from Gekkan shoujo Nozaki-kun I'm looking for manga/anime with female (or maybe male) characters (main or support) that have the same personalities with her: crazy, funny,... I don't know how to describe
any genre except ya, yu, he, sa, sja

A difficult request... Can't really remember characters that fit perfectly what you want but here are the first that come to mind.

Level E The alien prince does remind me a bit of her. The craziness (although less so), and weirdness fit. But more importantly he seems to irritate everyone around him just like Seo.

Angel Densetsu The senior delinquent in the school (can't remember his name) might be the one more similar to what you want. The main similarity for me is of course he's probably the funniest, most often he's crazy and very "wild" (always yelling), and most of all he misunderstands almost everything that happens around him (which happens to Seo often too).


Not really related to your request but Seo for me reminded me a lot in looks/appearance of "Yano-chin" from Kimi ni Todoke. Completely different personality though.
