Looking for a sweet romance with a girl that cries easily. Something like the girl in Nanatsuiro Drops, I've only seen the anime tho.
No yuri or shoujo-ai.

i think maybe kobato would be good, it's about a girl who's trying to fix people's broken hearts and she gets these little things (i'm not really sure how to descirbe it.)

I would recommend Hiyokoi if you want a cry-baby girl and probably the rest of the author's works. You could also try:
Karin
Moe Kare!!- if you had not read it yet!

First - There are a tags, which might help you to start your search: Crybaby Female Lead and Crybaby Protagonist. Also, I'm not really a fan of such chracters, but from my side I can recommend those Shoujo and Josei works ...
* Strobe Edge and Ao Haru Ride by the same author. The first has a crybaby female lead and the latter a side character with that "trait". Both are well developed stories with fine artworks and rather captivating by the (for Shoujo unfortunately rare) kind of well-written characters.
* Nakanmon! might be a perfect match. A easy to tears girl and a blunt guy, what can one wish for more? Lol.
* Orokamono no Koi short and worthy to read. It's well-drawn and has a flowing storyline, which of course ends all about romance.
* Shooting Star (TAKANO Ichigo) to which I just wrote a comment, if you are interested in my opinion.Same goes for Shuukatsu!! - Kimi ni Naitei, which is a rather mature story.
* Shout! (NAGATA Masami) is also quite okay, mainly because of the male counterpart and it's weird habits, or the twists of the story, once the character overcomes the teary-eye-impulse.
* Kokoro Botan, where the easily crying female character is at least paired up with a rather witty guy, that brings some dry jokes.
* True Love (SUGIYAMA Miwako) has IMO even a main character, that is such a immature and helpless one, that all it can do is ... Well, cry. Lol.
* Boku ni Natta Watashi also comes up with a crybaby female lead, yet there is at least some reason as for why she cries.
* Tonari no Atashi can be frustrating, but at least the characters stay the way they are, if it's a good or a bad point. Sighs.

"Why does it rain?" - "To create drama." (Drops (Andou Yuki))

The first manga that came to my mind was Orange Marmalade The female lead is a cry baby but at the same time is strong too.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
But her crybaby character doesn't come out before the second volume

Omg. Thanks guys!
I figured there was probably a tag for it, but I really need it to be a sweet manga too.
