I do not remember much but here is what I do remember
I huge female Biological weapon of mass destruction had caused the destruction of the world.
This manga has elves and other mythical creatures
Some bits of angels and demons fighting
The protagonist is male and is a strong fighter.
The fighting between angels and demons later forms a major part of the story (After around 80 chapters)
and some awesome revelations take place I.e - lost technology, human extinction, true nature of the angels and demons etc.
It's not a very well known series, but i did remember reading upto 100 chapters.
