Some time ago I founded a manga about a guy that is in love with a childhood (sooo new) but he doesn't want to say it because when they reach certain age the government give them a partner in the date of their birthday (if my memory is not bad the MC was in middle school-high school) that will be their husband/wife. The story is some thing by the lines of that.
When I read it here where few chapters but I don't know how many are now, also the manga is a series not a recompilation.
