I'm looking for a manga where the main character was betrayed, and I mean it in a really hard way, like everything he ever believed was shattered, from friends, family, companions, lovers,etc.

Someone like Guts from Berserk, or the MC from Immortal Regis.

All that's had happened must had make him stronger... or something like that.

I don't know If this can really compare, but Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari has this. It has a Light Novel and a Manga.

I forgot, but Übel Blatt also has betrayal.
Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou also has a betrayal that changes the MC completely, but I would not recomend, since I've tried reading, and didn't like it.
Ark is more like being tricked, but since then, the MC really can't trust other players anymore (well... to some extent)
Skip Beat! also has the MC being betrayed, but I don't know If you want shoujo (and, although I think It's a nice series, the creator put a lot of focus on the love interest problems, even though he is close to "perfection")

And... that all I can remember about series that I've read that has some sort of betrayal in them.

Red Eyes The MC is betrayed by all his teammates (he's military), and even his country.

Priest There's the same vibe as Berserk in it. The betrayal is shown a bit late in the story though, but you obiously know something bad happened since the guy is bent on revenge.

Immortal Rain MC is all what he is because of his backstory which is all about betrayal.
