I've been read this long time ago

MC is a boy and a girl. later he found out that the girl is cyborg/machine for war/stop apocalypse (?).

later, they run away because she didn't want to kill anyone(?). but she can't survive without drugs created by her creator/military(?). when she's so sick, no word come out from her mouth but noise/static(?), he return her to her creator/military(?). she returned as war machine, lost her memory.

the ending a bit complicated, can't remember well, (that's why I wanted to read it again ) and as far as I know, this manga already has it's anime adaptation.

anyone know this manga title? thx before.

I might be wrong, but it happened after they ran away then she become sick (need more of her drugs) and can't speak anymore, yet MC still respond her by reading her mouth.

I's either she can't speak in means no voice came out or just noise/static sound came out. dunno. it's been a long time.

not only an anime adaptation it have a life action movie... i believe they made the movie using the girl point of view not the guy as in the manga/anime.
