Hello I am looking for a romance where the main character clearly states what he wants. No wimpy guy or weepy girl who fumble around because they can't clearly state their feelings.

Something like the male lead from Love Roma or the guy twin from Mint na Bokura

No yaoi. Also it must be a completed series.

I am assuming you mean the main character clearly tell his opposite what is on their mind and not just some inner monologue. I read Love Roma quite a long time ago but I am pretty sure he was openly blunt.

If these don't suit you try looking under categories section for "blunt". Love Roma has a tag for it already so just click "Blunt Male Lead". It will show all the tags made by other users. you just have to find a romance tag in those.

It can be either male or female.

It does not have to both, but it does have to be the main protagonist.

Typically most harem series will have a blunt girl character or two with the main character a wishy-washy guy. Or a shoujo with a goo-goo eyed main girl with one of the romantic interests being a forcefull possessive guy but that's not what I want. I don't mind if one of the characters are weak, just not the main protag.

Yes, not only are there 'Blunt Male Lead,' 'Blunt Female Lead' and 'Blunt Character/s' category tags if you haven't checked them yet, but you should also try the 'Cool' and 'Cold' character versions of the category tags too.
