What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

I'm looking for this one manga I found a bit ago about a boy searching for true talent. He meets people who access their past lives for talent and there is this fight between this girl that channeled Miyamoto Musashi and this guy who channels Albert Fish. They also cut their necks or whatnot to access the powers of their past lives

Bahh I've read this too but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. Now it's going to bother me until I remember.
