I mean, how to ask people or group for translations japanese to english....
because i saw a interesting manga but it shows in japanese version, i hope that if somebody could tell me for translations....

a) If scanlation groups are accepting suggestions, you can recommend series to be picked up (if it meets their criteria of course) or request it in their forum if they have a request section.

b) Scanlation/translation commissions from groups that do them.

c) Start your own group.

Suggestion: Match the genre to the group before suggesting. Example, if it's a mecha series, most likely a shoujo group might not pick it up.

When putting up a request, provide the raws (either public or you have to sponsor). Unlikely for groups to pick up series with no raws unless they absolutely love it enough to pay and scans the raws.

Well, you could request it here and see if you can catch a scanlation group. Or go knocking on doors to see if anyone's willing to pick your manga up. Another is to form a new group, however, I can't really suggest this. It's easy to form a group, but not as easy as to keep it running. You'll have to catch translators, proofreaders, cleaners, typesetters, etc. that doesn't run from you within a month. If you only want one or two mangas translated, it's not worth the effort.

There's also the way to commission a translator. I do do such work myself occasionally, and there has been a few that named themselves recently... Not without getting a warning from a mod. But well, yea. There's that way too.

As mentioned previously, you'll need to find the raws if it's not readily available online. Not many would bother to either dig up pages of Google or spend money themselves to translate. Though as an additional note, don't put the raw links up in the forums here. Against rules and you'll get locked up. Mentioning you can provide raws and message the person personally is fine though. I believe.

Other than that... well, please and thank you plus not too much begging? And a bit of common sense and luck will do the trick.

It's pointless to just ask. If a scanlator wants to pick up a new project, they already know what's interesting out there and what they want to pick up. If they don't have the resources for a new project, then no matter how much you ask, they're going to say no.

The correct way to get your project picked up is to google "manga cleaning tutorial" or "manga typesetting tutorial", learn either or both, apply to join a group, learn the trade as you work on real projects. From that point on, if you're useful to the group and become friendly with translators, you can have influence over what gets picked up. Or you can go around other groups and ask them to pick up your project, telling them that you will clean and/or typeset it (the more work you will do on the project, the less work will be required from other people, and the better the chance the group will look at your request favorably).

In short, if you bring nothing useful to the table, no one will care about what you want picked up.

Or just pay $$$, like some have said already.

If my request got rejected and I need that is join the scanlation group in the forum if i want. Correct?
In order to try learning cleaning manga and make good use for those group then if i have a good chance to clean manga that i wanted them to translate, and request again?

What exactly are "specific genre forums"? Manga forums exist for readers of manga to talk about manga, not for scanlators to talk about scanlation.

Online manga reader sites have nothing to do with scanlators. Most of them are in it for the money and as long as you release a manga on your web site, they will upload it on their own site without even asking you for permission. You don't need to worry about them, they will find a way to profit off your work regardless of whether you want it or not.

What you need to worry about is scanlators who can actually make the scanlation happen. With regard to your specific project, there are two possibilities: 1) If the manga is really as great as you think it is, then most likely some group already has an eye on it and it will be picked up eventually; 2) If the manga is not good enough to interest a scanlator group on its own merits, then you need to offer scanlators some incentive to pick it up (and I already explained how to do that). More specifically, if you want to learn to work on manga as an editor (i.e. cleaner and/or typesetter), visit the recruitment section of this forum ( http://www.mangaupdates.com/topics.php?fid=3974 ), find which groups are willing to train you even if you have no experience, and apply to them. Once you are recognized as a skillful editor, people will be taking your requests far more seriously. Moreover, you will only need a translator to have your project picked up, since you'd be able to handle everything else yourself.
