What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

In my opinion, the male lead got sucked by one girl(they didn't go farther because he said he has a gf and blablabla), and kissed like two times other girl(one time he was asleep), from my pov that is cheating and he never told her that he did that.
