How about Yuusha Gojo Kumiai Kouryuugata Keijiban? It doesn't ALL fit, but does have RPG-poi feel to it, and RPG elements to certain worlds.

Well, stalk the Alphapolis manga. Novels too if you can read raw. They have a lot of game novels and manga adaptions.
