What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm trying to find a manga about girl who was kidnapped by a sorcerer with a strange name, I don't think it was Japanese, and he wanted her to bare his children. I remember he had a talking crow, and there was one chapter where the girl finds a room of mirrors and there are many different alternate dimensions in all the mirrors. It was in a Victorian-esque world and the art was very pretty. If you think you know what this manga is, please tell me, I would really appreciate it!

Been a while from me but maybe Magico (IWAMOTO Naoki).Pretty sure the main character saves the female lead from something like that.
