So, there are a lot of manga about poor and rich couples, but I'm too bored with that plot. Due to my boredom, I want to read some manga which have romantic poor or below normal couples.

Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu is the one I've read already, quite good. Hope your recommended be similar to this.

Also, I'm a guy, so shoujo is a no go. I don't like that girlish kind of story.

I'm afraid you are not going to find too much romance genre without shoujo.

I am assuming you want something down to earth and possibly Borderline H.
Nozoki Ana would seem to fit.

Keep in mind that some shoujo are not all roses and are actually good reads even if you are a guy.

You expressed your request in just about the most convoluted way possible. Are you looking for average income people or poor/below average?

I think he meant that he didn't want the common plot of a rich guy/girl getting together with a poor guy/girl. So, yes, he is looking for couples who have average income or are both poor/below average.

Love on the Job was technically a hentai so these don´t quite match but have sex don´t you worry, are seinen and about a simle livestyle.

And regarding poverty i was born into almost nothing but moved up the world after i immigrated to germany and put time into my education so i don´t think that having no money in this day as an adult is "realism".
The tag "Post-Secondary School" should also lead to good results.
Great shojo manga(with sex also) about borderline poverty like Mademoiselle Butterfly 8,5/10 exist too.
