Sigh, its crap like that that makes it so hard to apreciate bleach. Work up a few chapters with an ally claiming and showing to be the stronger one, its attacks look to be working. But then, boom, bad guy was just wasting everyone's time, and hes actually unreachable... Perhaps others like this, but i find this so sadly overused that I always hope that it wont be repeated, again.
On the bright side, this chapter most possibly marks the end for the soul king's elite guard. Those who manage to survive may join Ichigo's cheerleading brigade.

Eh, it's not like anyone other than Ichigo is allowed to be the one to take down the big cheese. It was an entertaining ride, is all. And it really was entertaining IMO. The faces the monk was making during the time he seemingly had the upper hand were funny as hell.
And that is really all I will expect from Kubo nowadays.

The thing is, WHO will be the big cheese? Didn't Yhwach say that Ishida was also "A" which apparently means "Almighty"? Does that mean he has the same ability? I'm not exactly sure what the goal is anyway. Does he want to take over the soul king's position? Does he want to simply destroy everything?
It seems like his ability is simply to be as powerful as he wants to be. All seeing, all knowing, etc etc.
My question would be, if he was this freakin powerful, why did he even lose originally? They said before that Genryusai "failed to kill" him. So, what happened then? They also say he was "sealed" and took 999 years to regain his pulse, mind, and power. Who sealed him? How was he sealed? The STernritter seem to know that this is his "true power" but how would they remember?
There just seems to be a LOT missing in the story of it all. It will also be interesting to see how a guy who apparently is "Almighty" can be defeated at all.

So i dropped Bleach around Vol.50 and have a question. Did Tite out-crazy the reveal that Grimmjow was a panther all along in his life before the mullet. Bonkers i say !
Also what are the mullets about ? Are they a power/prestige source. I have very long hair but equally long. The good kind

About the mullet, it's Tite sensei's own hairstyle...though, his isn't extremely long either...
If you look at his picture, you'll see...He loves it, so, that also comes in his work, consciously or unconsciously....who knows...
It's his own Taste and His Manga...So, I'm not gonna question that ~!

That is at leat a bit weird in my book. The reason i posted is that i find it endlessly fascinating when and why fan-ship's sour over the years. No forum is complete without throwing it or LIM Dall-Young or Oh! Great under the bus. The last 2 are admittedly the worst. Bleach is at least does not make me angry and is not vomiting out spin-offs it can´t support.
Must be the words final arc that keep the reader going now. Well one day i will read the final chapter only(or the one where they will fight god) and it will be as inconclusive as ever and then in 2 year time: Beach 2 Electric Boogaloo.
A fun fact about SJ infamous hair. Toriyama gave Goku and friends blond one so his assistants did not have to ink it anymore. That is clever.
