I don't think I've got top 10 shoujo animes I'm crazy about . Thought i have the mangas, but i haven't watched all that many shoujo animes that get me crazy
but here is my list [short]
1st: Ouran High School Host Club
2nd:Fruits Basket
3rd:Kare Kano [thought it was crappy, i enjoyed some of it]
4th:Skip Beat
5th:cardcapture Sakura [yes, i know but it was available in my tv without cable=D]
and i guess that's all i think i've loved=D the only shoujo -animes hehe=D

I don't think I've watched 10 shoujo animes...
But my favorite is Saiunkoku Monogatari.

This one is shounen. And I think the anime is more shounen than the manga. The manga hardly has any ecchi, while the anime overdid it and has a worse plot. 
I think I should add Hana no Ko Lunlun. Watched it in my childhood and think it's good.

Only 1-5 are really ranked. The other five I just added because these are the only shoujo animes I've watched...which also add up to 10. ._.

Well don't know about Hakushaku To Yosei, but Basilisk is definitley not Shoujo.
