Hello,

So awhile ago (at least a year or two) I read a manga where the protagonist was a young school aged boy. His parents were murdered by a monster right in front of him, and somehow he got infected by the monster in one of his arms. His arm is now a monster arm and can morph. He is used by a government agency to hunt down these monsters since he is mostly still human.

I can't remember the name and its really bugging me.
Anyway, thanks in advance.

Its none of those, but you guys are on the right track.

If it helps I distinctly remember a scene where he fights underground in like a train station. Also, he doesn't really have control of his arm; it stays tied up and then when unbound goes berserk and basically attacks anything, enemy and ally alike.

I second Variante, since you mention about it going berserk when unbound.
